Launch party
The festival itself will officially kick off with the LINX Launch Party from 5.30pm, in Banna Avenue in front of the Griffith Visitor Information Centre.
There will be a wine bar, beer and cider, live music, paella station, street food, kids activities, markets and cocktails. Take a selfie or two with the citrus sculptures.
Cost: Free general admission, VIP pass $40 (pre purchased)
Saturday
Multicultural festival
A celebration starting at 10.30am of the city’s diverse multicultural community enjoyed through dance, song, food and festivities.
Spaghetti-eating competition, food from a range of cultures and non-stop performances on stage.

Art workshops
Hosted by the Griffith Regional Art Gallery in Tori Horder's spectacular rural garden from 11am to 2pm, Saturday and Sunday.
Immerse yourself in creativity and partake in an art workshop. From beginners to advanced, students will be inspired by the Monet Lake, bronze statues, heritage trees and hand built rock walls.
Two classes – Tutored en plein air landscape workshop (bring own equipment) on Saturday; Romanesque figure drawing (materials provided) on Sunday.

Macro photography
Learn how to shoot macro without a pile of specialised gear. Get down, dirty and close, and make macro the digital way with a 100 per cent success rate.
A hands-on class – bring your camera, lenses and tripod. Departs from Griffith Camera House. Saturday, 1.30pm to 4pm.

Happy hour
Learn how to build a vertical garden in a timber pallet with Jason Hodges at Griffith Retirement Estate.

La Tavola Lunga
The long table has been an integral part of De Bortoli family heritage. It was a place to discuss business and life, and a warm, hospitable, piece of home.
The family continues this tradition, sharing good wine, good food and good times with family and friends. From 6.30pm, Saturday.
