The annual event brings together hundreds of people each year to try out different styles and sauces.
Hanwood Sport’s Club’s Roger Bertacco says the event is a great way to bring together people of all ages.
“The caterers will bring out gnocchi with different sauces. We have different sauces,” he said.
“It’s just great to see the tradition continue. It’s important we celebrate that culture and keep it going. We don’t want to lose any of the traditions. We want to keep them going.”

The event also brings entertainment and a number of different raffles for different organisations.
“It’s a great way to get together. It’s one of our biggest events of the year,” Mr Bertacco said.
“We’re honoured they choose to hold it at the Hanwood Club each year. It’s a club that’s got a lot of history. It’s great to have them here.”
The event will kick off at 11:30 on Sunday March 18 at the Hanwood Sports Club, with lunch beginning at 12pm.
