Griffith Business Chamber, together with The Area News, are searching for businesses who deliver outstanding customer service.
This is your chance to nominate a local business who you believe has superior customer service and is worthy to win such a prestigious award!
How to nominate a business?
Tell us in 200 words or less why and give examples to validate your reason.
How is the award judged?
1. A confidential judging panel will assess entries and choose the top 15 finalists.
2. Nominations will be assessed based on quality, not necessarily based on quantity of nominations.
3. Once the finalists have been announced, members of the public will then have the chance to vote from the 15 finalists chosen to decide the winner.
4. Feedback collected will be passed onto the top 15 finalists for self evaluation after the awards program has been completed.

Entries close at 5pm AEST on Friday, April 27, 2018.
Soon after, 15 finalists will be announced and voting commences again from Friday, May 4, closing at 5pm on Friday, May 11, to decide the overall winner.
The overall winner from the 15 finalists will be announced at the Griffith Business Chamber Awards gala night on May 26.

This is a nomination submitted by members of the public.
Entry is only available online and limited to one entry per IP address.
This award is not based on number of employed staff nor industry. Good customer service is an expectation no matter how many employees in the business or the industry sector.
