The incident occured at about 5.45pm Monday November 20, 2017.
A 59-year-old man was driving a truck north on the Gipps Way, about 30km south of Condobolin.
A 22-year-old woman was driving a Ford sedan south on the Gipps Way, with two passengers including a 34-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man, when the vehicles collided.
The driver of the truck managed to escape the vehicle before it caught alight.
He suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance Paramedics.

On Friday 16 February 2018, police arrested a 22-year-old woman, who was taken to West Wyalong Police Station where she was charged with:
- Dangerous driving occasioning death (two counts)
- Negligent driving occasioning death (two counts)
- Drive motor vehicle during disqualification period.
She was granted conditional bail to appear at Condobolin Local Court on Tuesday 6 March 2018.
