An event so popular it sold out and had a waiting list of over 200 people last year, the Riverina Winemakers Association (RWA) have announced an increase in capacity for this year, with 2000 tickets on sale.
The event will see 14 winery members will be pouring their wines by the glass once again. Food providers from around the area will also be on site, giving festival-goers something to feast on.
Talented local artists bands will provide the crowd with great live music. Among others, the line up features Max Jones, Ivy and Elle’s, Jiakomo Thief and DJ Ciri.
A spokesperson for RWA said the event was back and planning on being bigger than ever.
“We are very happy to be able to see this event grow in its second year. It had been a very long time since this event format and location had been done in Griffith so we had some initial restrictions in 2017 but were happy to have executed a successful first year without incident,” they said.
“Our advice this year is don’t wait to get tickets as we feel even with the increase in capacity that this will once again prove to be a popular outing for Easter Saturday.”
