This is probably the result of the time of year and also the high temperatures that are being experienced across the region.
On Saturday, December 30 eight ladies played a stableford competition.
First place went to Elizabeth Graham who won with 35 points, after a countback.
Dorian Radue was the runner-up, also with 35 points.
There were four balls in the ball competition and the score that was required was 25 points.
Results
Last Wednesday, 13 ladies once again played a stableford event.
In division one (0-22), Elizabeth Graham continued her good form to win with a total of 35 points.
Second place on the day went to Denise Turner with 31 points.
Division two (23-45) winner was Cherie Eade with 31 points.
Runner-up was Marie Centofanti with 29 points on a countback.
Balls went to 27 points in the ball competition.
Coming up
Wednesday, January 10: Today’s competition will be a stableford with a best nine in conjunction.
Saturday, January 12: Stroke round.
