Did this Christmas live up to your expectations?
No, it was better. I was really good at school this year, so I got two presents from Santa instead of one. I got a Nerf Gun and a lego set from the movie Ninjago.
I also got a present from Santa’s Elves – water balloons.
Why is Christmas important to you?
Because it’s when baby Jesus was born and we celebrate his birthday.
Is that more important to you than getting presents?
Yes.
What was your new year’s resolution?
To not get any “time outs” at school this year.
What’s a “time out”?
It’s what we get if we’re naughty.
What do you like most about school holidays?
It gives us some time to rest.
Is there anything you don’t like about the holidays?
Yes, I miss my friends and I miss my teacher, Mrs Adams.
