Hape Kiddle, Kristy-Lee Agresta and Janine Murphy will combine paintings, jewellery and sculpture for the upcoming show.
“It’s called coming home. It really reflects on the experience we’ve all had as artists returning to the region or coming to the region,” Mr Kiddle said.
He hopes the show will encourage other creators to show off their own creations.
“As local artists putting their work out there, I like to imagine it goes a way to help other artists do the same, to grow the arts in the region. Over the last decade I’ve watched a lot of new artists emerge.”
Ms Agresta, who will be displaying her jewellery, says her experiences overseas have inspired a lot what she has chosen to exhibit.
“My work in this particular exhibition is really inspired by my overseas travels. I went travelling last year and I can across different inspirations and different stones in South East Asia. I came back and wondered if I could combine the two things,” she said.
“I went to Myanmar a few months ago and went on a little hunt for gem stones.”

The show brings its theme to life in a number of ways.
“It’s a really nice opportunity to have a wide variation of work,” Mr Kiddle said.
Though she’s displayed in other mediums, this will be Ms Murphy’s first time putting her paintings on display.
“As any kind of maker, when you put your heart and soul into the public arena you put yourself on display. It’s daunting, but I’m really excited to be doing it. It’s fantastic to have two other really experienced people showing me the ropes,” she said.
The opening official on December 14 is set to be a great event, with the outside of the studio to be transformed into a cafe.
“There aren’t too many venues in our region where you can put work out on display. It’s great to have a forum to put your work out there,” Ms Murphy said.
“Anyone is welcome can come along and have a look.”
The opening kicks off on Thursday, December 14 at 5:30pm at the Bidgee Studio on the corner of Bridge Road and Mackay Ave, Yoogali and the exhibition will run until Christmas.
