Police are on the hunt for a missing trailer, stolen with a vehicle on Canal Street on Monday.

At about 4.45pm a Toyota Hilux with a blue dual axle box trailer attached was stolen on Canal Street, near the intersection of Jondaryan Avenue.
The Hilux was recovered at 9.20pm that afternoon, however the trailer remains missing.
Inspector Kim Traynor said witnesses reported seeing two females near the area at the time of the theft, and describe the first woman as being 18-25 years old, aboriginal in appearance with a thin build and dark hair. The second woman is described as being thin built.
In other news, a business on the top block of Banna Avenue was broken into, with a quantity of camera equipment stolen.
Forced entry was gained by smashing a window in the front display.
Police are asking for anyone with information, or anyone who is able to assist with inquiries about the two incidents to call the station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
