Although it is not a done deal, there appears to be no stopping Bronwyn Sigmund in her race for the Griffith Joggers Arsova competition trophy.

She has an average place of second over the series, her fitness soars and her times head south, and with her second again this week Lisa Croce is the only possible challenger.
Croce is yet to win a trophy and this is by far the closest she has ever been to one, although she has had to endure the presence of one in the household, and maybe the lure will encourage a mighty effort in the final two weeks.
But it was Erica Cunial claiming the win this week with the entire pack hot on her heels, Angus Gunn third with almost identical times each week of the competition, Lisa Croce sixth getting coaching from Simon at seventh, Hamish Gunn fastest at eighth, and Isabella Salmon and Ava Low split by only one second for fastest time … the top twenty covered only one minute.
Way back in the field Sandy Salton - we know she can run thanks to her third place last week - preferred a stroll and chinwag this week.
Anthony Salmon forgot himself and went for glory in the long course, just his second career win, and the first one was this time last year so this must be his fave course, or will be now.
What makes this a more epic win is that close on his heels were the fastest three times of the competition.
He was the only runner to hold out Aidan Fattore who started at the rear of the field and finished second with a competition best time of 19:58, a run rate of 3:41 on a rough, twisty, hilly 5.4 kilometre track – try that at home.
This is the best time since Peter Pearson’s 19:44 in 2011.
Mark Andreazza at third with 21:35 and Rodney Savage at seventh with 22:06 ran competition personal bests to round out the top three competition best times.
Gary Andreazza at fifth pb'ed again and maintained his pointscore lead, but would not be feeling very confident with his small lead over Narelle Lagergren and Roy Binks - if all three toe the line in coming weeks it will get interesting.
Meg Signor dropped in for a visit for sixth, and further back in the field David Heffer claimed that we "added a kilometre to the course" [we didn't think anyone would notice], and John Johns decided that jumping off a moving bike is disadvantageous to running without pain.
There are only three runs left in this year, the Joggers Dinner plans are being finalised, the trophies are being collected and engraved, the Shanks' Pony Cup is being organised, and next year's calendar is up online.
The Joggers run from the water tower on Scenic Hill every Saturday at 4:30pm, the current choice is 5.4 kilometre Long or 3.3 kilometre Short, be early to register.
