This week marks the Australian Men's Shed Association’s 10th anniversary, however Griffith’s Shed has been around for 11 years, so members take the chance to share their memories of the group.

Vice president Eric Couper was proud witness the anniversary.
“I’ve been here for about four years now, and it just changed my life,” Mr Couper said.
Another stalwart member Doug Melville, say’s it’s all about mate-ship.
“Meeting a lot of new friends, and becoming good mates with them. I didn’t know them from a bar of soap before I came here, and that’s what’s important to me,” Mr Melville said.
“It’s great that we get to do things for kids and other people, we’ll have a go at anything,” Lance Brace said.

“There’s only so much gardening you can do at home so I come here.”
Mr Pickerstill said that his favorite part of being here was “putting up with these blokes.”
“There is a lot of camaraderie and trust, and projects we do make it all worthwhile, otherwise you wouldn’t know what to do with yourself,” Geoff Gullifer said.
