“I haven’t had the opportunity to perform in a concert like this, so when I saw it on Facebook I jumped on the chance,” Mr Graham said.
“To perform in a concert like this, I’m really nervous, but this is a great experience and I’m really looking forward to it.”
Born and rared in Griffith, Mason Graham feels the town, in it’s quiet yet vibrant way, has influenced his style and the way he creates music.
“I think there is a lot of talent in Griffith, but up until now there hasn’t been a lot of opportunities for people to shine, so the concert in My Fest is a huge opportunity and step for the local musicians to get involved and have a go.”

Mr Graham admires the smooth tones of John Mayer, which he says has helped shape and inspire his soft acoustic music style.
While not writing his own music, he shows his innovation by mashing up songs, one of which includes a combination of Ed Sheeran and John Mayer, which he is looking forward to performing live.
Mason wishes to continue his music in the future, and at 19, is looking to go off to uni to further his musical aspirations to study music next year.
