Yenda were clinical in defence keeping Leeton to nil while managing to score four tries of their own.
Maddison and Casey Payne scored two tries each while Eliza Baddock kicked one conversion to give their side an 18-0 win over Leeton who had survived two sudden games in recent weeks.
Yenda and Black and Whites were the form teams in the League Tag competition all season with the sides finishing level on the ladder after 18 rounds with Yenda taking the minor premiership thanks to superior goal difference.
Yenda will be looking for redemption after losing the major semi final to the Black and Whites earlier in the finals series.
