Break and enter into a unit in Yambil street occurred between 2pm and 6 pm on Tuesday August 15.
The occupant was at home at the time, sleeping in the upstairs section.
He went down stairs and after some time entered the garage area and noticed the roller door was open.
Nothing was identified as being missing or stolen, however the roller door was difficult to close, leading to the assumption it had been forced open.

Another break and enter into a unit in Benerembah Street was discovered when the owner returned home and found that a television was missing on Thursday 17 around 1pm.
A Griffith Public School was also targeted, with a number of laptops stolen after forced entry into a classroom between 6.00pm on Wednesday and 8.30am Thursday morning.
Inspector Kim Traynor from Griffith LAC said at this stage police are still investigating the thefts, however at this stage there is no indication the break ins are related.
“It would be difficult to say if the break-ins to the units are associated because the nature of the incidents differ,” she said.
“Police have made inquiries in property theft instances including break and enters and theft from vehicles, and urge people to report any suspicious activity to police immediately.”
