In a clash between the undefeated team and the winless team this season, the Phantoms scored virtually from the kick off and never let up.
The game was called off five minutes early after a head clash when the Blacks already had no one left on the bench to see the Leeton side coming away with a 144-8 win.
With two games remaining the Blacks will be hoping to break their duck but it will be a tough task to do it this weekend.
In their meeting with the Waratahs earlier in the season, they fell 41-15. They are currently sitting second and will come into the game following 36-14 win over CSU.
After a close 29-24 in second grade over the Phantoms, the Blacks will look to secure their place in the finals when they take on the second-placed Waratahs side and a win could see them take second place.
For the Women's it is a game which could mean a lot leading into the final round with the Blacks sitting in fourth taking on the fifth placed Wagga side.
Both sides will be coming into the match off the back of a loss with Waratahs falling 36-5 to CSU while the Blacks went down 33-17 to the Dianas.
