The Tahs are going into the game with form behind them having won three of the last four games before their three-point loss to the Panthers.
Hay’s difficult season has continued as the side fell to a heavy 74-12 in Leeton.
In the meeting between the two teams earlier in the year in Hay, the Tigers were able to come away 58-14 winners thanks to four tries from Maile Ngu.
A win for the fourth-placed Waratahs will see them keep pace with the top three teams.
It will be a change in the running of the day at Exies Oval with the under 16s starting at 12pm followed by reserves at 1pm.
First grade will get underway at around 2.30 with the League Tag girls wrapping the day up at around 4pm.
