Between 2:30 pm on Saturday and 11:20 am on Sunday, the thieves gained entry to a lock up stage new home in Zirilli Avenue.
The building site had a number of windows and a glass sliding door smashed, with internal walls damaged.
Timber was also stolen, however was recovered nearby in an orchard.
Police say new homes in the area have been targeted before, and wish to remind people to renew their home security, keep premises locked.
Another break and enter between 1 am and 1:30 am on Sunday where Police were called to a school in Coolah Street, where costumes were taken from a storage area.
A short time later Police located four young people who are assisting with inquiries.
At this stage police believe the break ins are not connected, and say there may be more than one person active in the area.
