The 12s, 13s, 14s and 15s side will all head to Minto for the carnival.
This will be the first time the 12s team will compete on the big stage and their coaches are confident they can come away with a few wins.
“They have shown a lot of improvement,” Kylie Mullavey said,
“In their first carnival, they came away with one win for the day.
“In our last carnival, we just had where we had six wins out of the nine games they played so we have seen excellent improvement from them over the course of the training and everything.
“We are really positive that they are going to come away with quite a few wins and hopefully they can enjoy the experience.”
For 14s coach Adele Stinson it is the dedication from her side which has pleased her the most.
“They have worked really, really hard throughout the whole season twice a week training plus fitness plus home fitness programs,” she said.
“I have never had a team who have been so dedicated to their physio program and they are always texting me asking me questions about what they can do instead of that exercise, so they have been really, really great and really dedicated.”
In the carnivals, Stinson side has also found success and has confidence in her team heading into the carnival.
“At Wagga, we came third overall and then our last carnival of the season was in Parkes where we came tied first but finished second on percentages,” she said.
“We are looking really strong going into state and I'm expecting really good results for them.
“Last year they came sixth so I would really like to see an improvement from that and I think that if they play like they have been playing when they are at their best I think they could win their division this year.”
The 15s side has also found success out on court this year having picked up two first place finishes at West Wyalong and Parkes while they finished second on percentage at the Griffith carnival.
With those results behind them, coach Junior Orake is hopeful of his side's chances of taking out the carnival.
The 13s have had an injury plagued season with this carnival being the first they will head in with a full team according to coach Sandra Woolnough.
