Albury builder Joss Construction was awarded best commercial Project over $10 million for Quest at the Southern Central Regions excellence in Building Regional Awards for the Master Builders Association.
The association said the Quest facility was completed three weeks ahead of schedule to the clients brief without any compromise in quality. The judges commended the quality accommodation built to the client’s requirements.
The design and construction of the four-storey Quest Apartments in Griffith included reception area, meeting and conference rooms, gym facility, outdoor BBQ area, car parking and sixty-eight one, two and three bedroom units.
“Builders of the Year” recipients were Premier Building & Construction from Wodonga in the commercial sector and Modem Construction Group from Albury in the domestic sector.
