The countdown to Kerr’s guest appearance for Farrer League club Charles Sturt University is almost over and the former Eagles midfielder is finding form at exactly the right time.
Kerr backed up a five-goal performance a fortnight ago with 20-plus possessions and two goals in the wet in Tasmania last Saturday.
In ominous signs for East Wagga-Kooringal, Kerr said his form was gradually coming back to him with every week.
“The first couple of weeks was a struggle because I hadn’t played competitive footy in a while,” Kerr told Fairfax Media.
“My form has slowly been getting better and it’s just been a matter of working out a happy medium between the time I spend up forward and through the middle, without tiring too much.”
