IT’S time for a “celebrazione” (that’s Italian for celebration) over Easter at De Bortoli Wines’ Bilbul Estate.
The Ippoliti family will be serving their delicious home-cooking with a mouth-watering menu featuring steak ciabatta rolls with caramelised onion, rocket and aioli, as well as a Mediterranean summer pasta salad with basil pesto.
A sausage sizzle will also run with proceeds going to St Mary’s Yoogali P&C.

The newest wine range, “Down The Lane”, will be served at the Pallet Bar and the cellar door, and the Me Ameici coffee van and an ice cream van will be on site.
For the kids, entertainment will include a jumping castle, face-painting and sand-art, plus live music from the Ben Ceccato Band and Hidden Temple for the adults.
The family friendly celebrazione will be held from 11am on Sunday. Entry is by gold coin donation, to St Mary’s Yoogali.
