Students and teachers were well in the spirit of Shrove Tuesday, cooking over 200 pancakes and raising money for Caritas Project Compassion.
Shrove Tuesday or as it’s sometimes known ‘Pancake Tuesday’ marks the start of the Easter calendar.
It also marks one of the Christian calendar’s most important times, the start of the 40-day fasting period of Lent.
