Hanwood will be out to break a three-game losing streak when the side takes on Exies in round 17 of the Griffith District Cricket Association first grade competition at Hanwood on Saturday.

Hanwood’s last win this season came against Exies in round 12 when Hanwood scored a 23-run win.
Since that win, Hanwood has registered just seven points which has seen the side slip out of the top four.
In the other two games the two teams have played out this year, it’s been all Exies.
In round three, Exies chased down Hanwood’s total of 95 in 34 overs to secure a five-wicket win.
Then in round eight, Exies put 159 runs on the board before bowling Hanwood out for just 59 to claim a big 100-run victory.
In more recent times, Exies has enjoyed a fruitful month.
The side has dropped just one game in the last four rounds.
Exies has put 26 points next to its name in that time as the side sits in third position, six points behind ladder leaders the Coro Cougars.
The timed match will commence at 1pm.
