Sales Director Tony Santolin said the tough decisions the agency made during times plagued by water issues has come into fruition allowing for the award nominations, which focuses on business growth and improvement.

Property Management Director Brian Bertolin said the success also comes from ongoing training and implementing new technologies including using drone footage, providing information on their blog and live-streaming auctions.

The agency is nominated in eight categories including Boutique Agency of the year (Regional), Property Management Team of the year, Auctioneer of the year and Agency of the Year (Rural).

They are one of the agencies nominated for the most awards and if they claim Agency of the Year for a third year in a row they will enter awards’ hall of fame.
