Ky Young was first up as he competed in the cadet 12 class.
Ky drove really well and bettered his last outing times but just wasn't quite fast enough on the day and finished seventh.
Jason Severino and Byron Woolner competed in the KA3 senior light class.
The boys battled it out all day in the heats but it all went wrong in the pre-final.
The boys came together which forced them both out of the race.
With both karts damaged, the team had their work cut out to get them ready for the final.
The final was always going to be a hard race but having to start from the back of the grid made it all the more tougher for the pair.
However, through some great driving from both the boys, they fought their way through the field for Jason to take out first place whilst Byron finished in third.
John Macey and Tony Monahan raced in the TAG125 restricted heavy class.
Both John and Tony drove very well all day but with some tough competition they just missed out on podium finishes.
John managed to claim fourth with Tony was fifth.
All in all it was a great day’s racing and all the Griffith drivers did their club proud.
