The Griffith bowlers hosted players from around the region for their Presidents Day on Tuesday, September 6.
In total, 38 players from around the area contested the event in perfect playing conditions as the sun shone over the greens.
The Coleambally side was named the winner of the day.
The team edged out their opponents to claim the top prize.
The team was made up by Eve Kerr, Pam Jukes and Annie Robinson.
The ladies from the L&D team – which consisted of Joan Bourke, Judie Heness and Elaine Sullivan – were named runners-up of the competition.
Rounding out the awards was one of the Griffith teams.
Griffith president Marlene O'Connell accepted the consolation prize on behalf of her team which was rounded out by lead Cecily Agnew and second Rene Wade.
