Pool attendant jumps in to rescue young child

A POOL attendant has been hailed a hero after he jumped in to help a young child who was having trouble at the Griffith Regional Aquatic Centre. The centre manager has reminded parents of the risks associated with water. “We are pleased to have been able to assist this morning and are relieved it turned out well. This is a reminder of how quickly something can go wrong and demonstrates the importance of supervision around water, even at the pool.​”
