He has spent many weeks in hospital in Sydney, but was recently released for the time being.
To help his family out, Leeton Preschool will be holding a theatre party at the Roxy Theatre on Sunday, July 24.
Tickets are $15 for children and $20 for adults and includes drinks and snacks.
The movie will start at 2pm.
