Griffith City take on West Griffith SC this week at the Exies Oval on Saturday night as the side looks to string back-to-back wins together.
The mentor knows there’s a lot more work to be done but said last week was a good indication of where the club was headed.
“A lot of boys are new and it takes a while for everyone to gel but that was probably the first time I’ve seen them all pull together,” Ciampa said.
“We’re under no illusions, we just won the one game, it won’t just keep flowing from here but hopefully that one win can inspire the boys.”
Wests will be looking to avenge a last-start loss against Hanwood FC.
Prior to that, Wests had a four game unbeaten streak which included a 2-1 win against Griffith City.
The game starts at 7pm.
We’re under not illusions, we just won one, it won’t just keep flowing from here but hopefully that one win can inspire the boys.
