The undefeated sides meet at EW Moore Oval but Panthers co-coach Craig Morriss said getting to the top of the ladder isn’t a priority.
“It’s just to keep improving,” Morriss said.
“We’re trying to get a consistent side each week, that’s the other main thing we want to achieve.”
The Black and Whites took on the big Hay pack last week which knocked up the forwards and Morriss will wait and see if they’ll be right for the weekend.
Whoever is put on the paddock, Morriss will make them aware of the importance of playing at home.
“At your home ground, in front your supporters and the families that come to watch, it means a fair bit,” Morriss said.
“There’s some die-hard supporters who are out there week in, week out.”
Morriss wants to see his side put in a full 80 minutes performance after the Black and Whites let the opposition back in the game two weeks in a row.
He knows his side can’t slip against Leeton.
“Leeton are a quality side across the park if you give them more than their fair share of ball, they'll make you pay,” Morriss said.
The game will start at 3pm.
