Both of TLU’s wins have been come from behind victories including last week when the side wiped out a half-time deficit to beat West Wyalong.
“I just think the will to not give up – it’s just everyone’s attitude,” Ring said.
“West Wyalong going 18-4 at half time, most sides would have dropped their heads and conceded the same again in the second half and that shows the character of the boys.
“We’ve all said from the start, ‘you’re playing for your brothers on the team and the town’.”
TLU’s next challenge is Hay at Hillston on Sunday.
The Magpies are still striving for their first win of the year. They’ll be without Seva Esira who broke his leg against Black and Whites.
The Sharks have their own injury problems with Jared Carruthers (knee) out for the year and Junior Lisone (foot) sidelined for four weeks.
The match starts at 3pm.
