The veterans played their single stableford in one grade last Thursday, Doug McWilliam (42 points) took the win, Brian Sainty – 36 points – second. Pins won by (4th) Jim Dickie, (8th) Bill Brown, 15th Max Goodger.

Round Three of the Cudmore-Williams Trophy will be played at Leeton on Monday, September 21, 10am shotgun start in a single stableford.
Last Wednesday’s event a single stableford in two grades.
Tiuru Phillip on 38 points was best in the 0-18 Grade, ahead of Frank Zambon on 36 points, nailing a birdie on the fifth.
Stephen Lightfoot – 39 points – won the 19-36 Grade, carded a four point par in the second. Graeme Gifford on 36 points was runner-up, 18 on each nine, carding six three pointers.
Jason Magoci jammed his third shot into the cup for an Eagle Three on the ninth.
Vouchers went to 35 points.
