The CEF provides financial assistance to young adults who want to further their education, be it university or TAFE.
Committee member Craig O'Keeffe said more volunteers are needed to help raise money.
“A lot of these young people are working extra jobs to pay for their education, which is detracting from their education because they don’t have time to study,” he said.
“Unfortunately we don't have enough funds to help people the way we'd like to, and that is probably limited by the amount of volunteers we have.”
The AGM is being held at the Griffith Leagues Club at 7pm with everybody welcome to attend.
