Since 1999 Nino and his wife Elese have donated over $50000 through their Griffith street stall.
Sam Catanzariti from the rotary club said Mr Gatto had done some great things in his time.
“Nino has been doing a great job for many many years and we support him every year,” he said.
“It's a great thing that he does and we were very happy to be able to donate this money to such a worthy cause.”
Katrine Mooney from Guide Dogs NSW/ACT said donations would help people from around the state.
“It will help towards all the services we make available to anyone in NSW,” she said.
“It will help provide independence to those that are visually impaired.”
She said the donation was very much appreciated.
“It's wonderful to receive the donation, they've been supporting guide dogs for a long long time,” she said.
“We get less than two per cent government support so it's all on supporters.
“This is an example of what people can do to help us along, so we’re able to provide the services that we want.”
She said the money could find it’s way into Griffith’s own backyard
“About 50 per cent of the services we provide are within regional NSW,” she said.
