Mr Abbott is shirking his responsibility… the very best way to fix the Australian economy is to abolish the archaic colonial state governments altogether.

I do agree with the PM and all the premiers that something has to be done to get more money in for the states and territories to fund the ongoing cost of health for the long term. Whether the GST has to rise to pay for it it is up the PM and the premiers.
