One male and three females were born at Altina five weeks ago, and have just made their public debut.
The kits (baby meerkats) are a first for the Riverina and for Altina.
Senior animal keeper Rebecca Surian said first-time parents Timona and Doug were both doing an amazing job.
None of the adult meerkats had ever raised kits before and all were involved in protecting and feeding the babies.
This group of Meerkats consists of Mum, Dad, Dad’s brother (Digger), an unrelated Male (Allan)
All adults have never raised Kits before and all are involved in protecting and feeding the babies.
The kits are expected to live 12-14 years.
