The school celebrated its feast day and blessing of its statue of Mary recently.
This coincided with the college’s new vision and mission launch.
The vision and mission honours both the Marist Brothers and Mercy Sisters through references to ‘embracing Mary’s courageous acceptance’ and ‘love and mercy’.
Marian Catholic College student Sara Negus has been selected to represent NSW in swimming and will compete in the All Pacific Games in Adelaide later this year.
The school also held a moving Anzac Day service and has a new well-being committee.
The aim of this group is to offer support to students.
