The 0-18 graders again struggled on the course, Gerry Cox taking the win on 34 points.
Allan King was the runner-up with 33 points on a countback over Brian Savage and Tony McBride.
The 19-36 winner, Dick Thompson (41 points), blitzed the course to beat Peter DenHouting on a countback.
Pins were won by Don Catanzariti (7th), Bob Painting (8th), Dick Thompson (11th) and Jim Dickie (16th).
Len Sexton, Ron Smith, Bob Painting, Tom Morgan, Brian Savage and Tony McBride won pro shop vouchers.
Tomorrow’s competition is again a single stableford.
Last Wednesday’s competition was a single stableford that had 37 players in three grades.
Dean Gaffey (36 points) won A grade. He scored 19 points out, draining a birdie on the seventh, then added 17 points in.
Runner-up Ryan Salvestro (35 points) went out in a train wreck of 14 points, but got his round on the rails on the back nine to add 21 points in, nailing birdies on the 11th and 17th.
Brian Savage (40 points) was the best in B grade.
He had 19 points out then added 21 points in, with eight pars.
Graeme Trevett (37 points) was the runner-up.
He canned a birdie on the eighth to help earn splits of 18-19, with six pars.
Derek Langford (38 points) won C grade. He started with a bang by nailing a birdie on the first then got a four-point par on the second. He scored 19 points out and 19 home.
Runner-up Dave Henderson (35 points) had 19 out and 16 in and carded a four-point par on the fourth.
Vouchers went to 32 points.
An early reminder that the Hahn Super Dry Beer Skins will be played on Monday, June 8. Teams of three to enter.
