The Swans made a bright start to the round two match and only trailed 11-9 at the end of the first quarter.
But the Eagles asserted their dominance when play restarted.
Riverina Netball League semi-finalists last year, Narrandera outscored the Swans 10-5 in the second quarter and never looked book.
Griffith’s players’ player went to Renae Larkin, while Rebecca Byrne took home the coach's award.
There was a close match in A reserve, the Swans suffering a narrow 35-33 loss in a thrilling encounter.
The home side led 12-7 at the first quarter before the visitors fought back to take a 19-17 advantage into the main break.
The teams traded goals from the third quarter onwards, but the Eagles did just enough to edge out the Swans.
Kiera Argus won the Swans’ players’ player and Tameka Scott won the coach’s award.
In C grade, Griffith suffered a heart-breaking 19-18 defeat after fighting back from seven goals down at three-quarter time.
Amanda O’Connell and Jess Spence were the Swans’ best players.
Griffith are away to Turvey Park on Saturday.
