The game was evenly matched on the park for most of the first half, with some fancy finishing by Yoogali SC’s Mitch Bagiante the only thing separating the teams.
The tough contest continued in the second half as Leeton really pressed forward in the last 20 minutes to try and salvage at least a point.
But Yoogali SC held firm to keep a clean sheet and make it four wins from four games in the Billabong Cup.
Yoogali SC coach Anthony Martinello was pleased with how his players handled themselves in the match.
“I was happy with the way it went because Leeton are always a tough team to play,” he said.
“They really tried to chase the game in the last 20 minutes, but our guys held strong.
“It was a good all-round team effort by the boys, but 17-year-old Jacob Donadel really stepped up out there.”
