The independent candidate told The Area News on election day that he planned to start his federal campaign immediately.
“My current plans are going well, my future plans are magnificent, I couldn't be happier with them,” Mr Mills said.
“My campaign started when I wanted to find out what's going wrong, how do I measure it, how do i look for a solution with it.
”I was born in Griffith, and we were growing for 94 years in every way and topped out in 2008. My bread and butter was graphs in growth. I've done all the analysis of political decisions.
“For the first time in my whole life, I decided to stand for Parliament.”
