Tighthead prop and joint captain Hogan bagged a double in the ACT's commanding 41-22 win over Victoria in the semi-final at the University of Canberra last weekend.
As southern conference champions, the ACT will play northern conference benchmarks Western Australia in the competition final in Perth on Sunday.
The ACT have had an impressive season to date and proved a class above their opponents as they progressed through the pool stages undefeated.
Drawn in pool B, the ACT won five from five and scored 288 points while only conceding 15.
Hogan, Driti and Tyrrell made the side after trialling at the end of last year.
