Australia's richest person, Gina Rinehart, is suing Nine Entertainment for defamation, claiming the television network knowingly aired 20 "glaring errors" in its drama depicting her and her family, House of Hancock.

But a statement from Mrs Rinehart's solitictor has picked many holes in the Nine's depiction of the family, saying they were false, misleading, or simply didn't happen.
From that statement, here are nine scenes that Mrs Rinehart said Nine got wrong:
- Mrs Rinehart having a conversation with her deceased father Lang Hancock. Mrs Rinehart's solicitor, Mark Wilks, says this is "offensive, given it didn't occur and may question sanity".
