Both teams are out of contention for the limited overs final with two games left but have reason to chase a win.
Diggers are yet to register a victory in any format this season and turned in their worst performance for more than a month last week when they lost by seven wickets to Yenda after being dismissed for 82.
Captain Scott Smith played a lone hand for his team in scoring 37.
Hanwood was also off the pace in last week’s clash against Leagues Club.
The 2013-14 wooden spooners have proven more competitive this summer but were undone by a lacklustre batting display. After dismissing Leagues Club for 103, Hanwood could only muster 60 in reply.
