As we gear up to celebrate our wonderful nation during Australia Day we have asked a range of artists, councillors, sportspeople, farmers along with other interesting people around the west to take a photo showcasing their view of Australia.
So, what does your Australia look like?
From sports to the arts to medicine and the media, you are bound to recognise a few faces in the Australia Day honours list. Here's 10 of those familiar faces honoured on January 26, 2015.
How is Australia Day marked in the print media this year? Take a look at this gallery of front pages of regional newspapers. There are some ripper pics!
Prime Minister Tony Abbott has awarded Australia's highest honour to the Queen's husband, Prince Philip.
The 93-year-old Duke of Edinburgh can now add Knight of the Order of Australia to his list of titles. Of course, there's been plenty of reaction - see the best of it here. And we can't forget to include this look at some of the Prince's more memorable gaffes.
She was one voice who made Australians sit up and listen. Rosie Batty, the Victorian mother whose courage shone a light on domestic violence victims, was on Sunday named Australian of the Year.
Ms Batty dedicated her award to her "beautiful" 11-year-old son Luke, who was murdered in February by his father.
More than 800 Australians were recognised on the 2015 Australia Day honour roll. Familiar names among the 2015 recipients are champion surfer Layne Beachley (AO), Geelong powerbroker and football club stalwart Frank Costa (AO), the founder of Melbourne's iconic Flower Drum restaurant Gilbert Lau (AM), veteran film reviewer David Stratton (AM), media veteran Gerald Stone (AM) and former ABC broadcaster Ms Canty (AM) whose husband, sports journalist Roy Masters, was awarded an AM three years ago. See who else made the grade here.
