Two men have have emerged from a plane crash east of Lake Jindabyne unscathed.

The ultra light aircraft was destroyed in the crash, shortly after taking off at Kalkite Friday about 11.20am.
Queanbeyan Police duty officer Scott Tozer said a 50-year-old man had been flying the plane alongside a 66-year-old male passenger at a private airstrip.
Early signs suggested a gust of wind might have caused the plane to quickly lose altitude, causing the aircraft to hit the ground.
"It continued for a further 200 metres, colliding with boulders before eventually coming to rest against a fence," acting inspector Tozer said.
He said the two men were not injured in the crash and climbed out of the place before calling emergency services.
The Snowy Hydro Southcare Helicopter was tasked on a rescue mission to the crash site at 11.30am.
A spokeswoman said there were no injuries and the helicopter did not need to transfer anyone on board to hospital.
The Air Traffic Safety Bureau will make further enquiries.
