GRIFFITH Demons captain-coach Steve McCanna will rotate his squad for tomorrow's MIA League clash against Narrandera at West End Stadium.
The Demons opened their season with a 71-23 thrashing of defending premier Leeton to announce themselves as competition favourites.
While it was tempting to stick with the same line-up that overpowered the Eagles, McCanna said he wanted to experiment with his roster.
"We'll make a few changes because we've got a lot of players in the squad," he said.
"I want to give other people a run and try a few different combinations.
"But we're still going to be out there trying to keep our momentum going."
The Demons will start favourites for the clash following Narrandera's loss to the Eagles in round one, but McCanna said his team couldn't afford to be complacent.
"As I'll tell the boys, we can't get too far ahead of ourselves," he said.
"We'll just go out there and play our game and not worry too much about the opposition.
"We can't control who turns up.
"We can only play who's in front of us and take it as it comes."
Like last week, McCanna said the Demons would place a strong emphasis on defence.
"Our offence came from our defence (against the Eagles)," he said.
"We got a lot of steals and turnovers from it.
"That's what won us the game."
The Demons women's team also started its season with a win last week but is expecting a tough contest against Narrandera.
The two sides squared off in last season's final, with the Demons emerging victorious.
The women's game starts at 5.30pm and is followed by the men's match at 7pm.
