Catching Milat: An Underbelly-style drama based on Australian serial killer Ivan Milat.
Gallipoli: The Power of Ten: a Gallipoli documentary series, hosted by decorated solider Ben Roberts-Smith, focusing on Victoria Cross recipients.
Restaurant Revolution: The fourth show in the "Rules" reality franchise - and inspired by the first franchise, My Restaurant Rules, which aired in 2004. Contestants are tasked with running their own restaurants, which viewers are encouraged to visit.
Winter: A mystery series starring Packed to the Rafters' Rebecca Gibney, based on this year's telemovie Killing Field. Gibney plays detective Eve Winter, in pursuit of a killer.
800 Words: A drama starring Packed to the Rafters' Erik Thomson as a widowed father, who moves overseas with his two teenagers, then takes on the job of writing a weekly newspaper column. "If you think this show has a bit of the same feel and vibe as Packed to the Rafters, you're dead right," Seven programmer Angus Ross said. "And we make no apologies for that. We fell in love with the script as soon as we saw it."
Australia: The Story Of Us: a documentary series spanning 40,000 years of Australian history.
House Rules: Seven will expand the high-rating reality show by screening two seasons next year - likely to go head-to-head with two seasons of The Block on Nine.
Tennis: Different matches will be screened on Seven's main channel and 7Two. Viewers can also watch any of seven matches in the day, and three at night, via Hybrid Broadband TV on smart TVs, mobile and tablet devices.
My Ireland With Colin: My Kitchen Rules judge and chef Colin Fassnidge invites viewers to join him on a motorcycle tour of Ireland.
What Really Happens in Thailand: Documentary series focused on the emergency rooms, cosmetic surgery centres and party hot spots of Thailand.
Mesmerised: Hypnotist Peter Powers lulls subjects into doing outrageous things.

Among the existing programs set to return are The X Factor, My Kitchen Rules, Winners & Losers, Border Security, The Force and Better Homes & Gardens.
Worner said he hopes his "tent pole" reality shows such as My Kitchen Rules and House Rules will be on air for at least five years.
Seven's director of production, Brad Lyons, said shows such as Bringing Sexy Back, The Amazing Race and The Big Adventure - which have either rated poorly or attracted audiences "too old" for advertisers - are "still on our slate", but did not confirm their renewal.
"We don't have to make calls on them now," Lyons said.
When asked how Seven will make money from viewers who watch his new drama programs through time-shifted or catch-up services, Worner said: "We're going to make our content available whenever and wherever people want to watch it - and we're going to be able to monetise that content across all those platforms. Now [on] some of those platforms, the revenue will be slow to begin with but it will grow, over time, I'm very confident of that.
"It comes back to content in the end. There's that saying, 'Content is king'. I'm not quite sure about that, whether content is king. I think quality content is king. And that's what we're setting out to do: is to have quality content that people really want to watch. Then they'll watch it anywhere. And if [it's] good quality, we'll be able to monetise it as well."
