Bowling first, Panthers tore through Diggers' struggling batting line-up to dismiss their opponents for 106.
Raj Singh (4-25) and young leg-spinner Liam Greenaway (3-23) were the leading wicket takers for Panthers, who gave up few cheap runs in the field.
Diggers captain and opener Scott Smith (23) top scored for his side but was the only player to crack 20 in another disappointing batting display.
With few runs to play with, Diggers needed an early break-through and got one when Logan Matheson was bowled by Craig Lugton for nine.
But any joy Diggers felt was short-lived as Ben Leach (35) and Connor Matheson (56 not out) combined for an 86-run partnership that all but secured Panthers the victory.
Leagues Club captain Paul Plummer said his team was playing good cricket.
"Everyone knows what they're doing and what they have to do for the team," he said.
"We didn't give away any chances in the field, which was really good.
"Now we're just getting a few wins together."
Most pleasing for Plummer has been the efforts of his batsmen, who have successfully chased down totals in the first three matches of the season.
"If you can get your top three and four consistently scoring 30s and 40s, one week they'll go on and get a big score," Plummer said.
