The Casella Brand Griffith Show will be held on Sunday and Monday and the program feature is the monster trucks performances.
Griffith Show Society secretary Juley Jackson said it was hoped about 7000 people would attend the event over the two days.
She said the monster trucks, which were scheduled for 11am, 2pm and 6pm Sunday and 11am, 1pm and 3pm Sunday, had created a lot of interest.
Mrs Jackson said there had been some impressive entries received for the inaugural lego competition and the tractor pull was sure to draw a large crowd.
"We'll have sideshow alley, big rides, small rides, fast rides slow rides," she said.
The Gilmore animal nursery is also expected to be popular, along with the demolition derby on Sunday night and the horse events.
Clydesdales will also make an appearance at the show.
On Sunday night Griffith residents are in for a real treat, with a fireworks display scheduled for about 8.30pm.
"Come along and enjoy a great day out," she said.
"We're quite happy for people to come along with a picnic lunch."
Mrs Jackson said the annual event would not be possible without the help from volunteers.
Gates open at the showgrounds 9am both days.
